University President
Melchisedec International University is a non-denominational, non-profit Christian education and seminary institution established by the Lord Jesus through His anointed servant Dr. John A. Daniel.
The institution was physically founded by Dr. John A. Daniel on 15th January 2000 and approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria as Help and Reconciliation Ministry and Bible Training College, with vested authority to award diploma certificates to its students.
Due to popular demand from both students and graduates — and following the Lord's direction — the institution was upgraded to a degree-awarding university, approved and registered by the Federal Government in November 2007.

1995
Beginning
Melchisedec Graduate Bible Academy is a subsidiary of Help and Reconciliation Ministry AKA Harmabitrac World Outreach, physically founded in Lagos Nigeria on October 15, 1995 by Apostle John Daniel.
2000
From Bible Study to College
The Bible study portion of the Ministry was upgraded to an Institution and founded by Dr John A. Daniel on 15th January 2000. It was registered and approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria as Help and Reconciliation Ministry and Bible Training College with authority to award basic, advanced and diploma certificates to its students.
2004
Expansion — USA Campus
In January 2004, Apostle John Daniel founded Help and Reconciliation Ministry and Bible Training College Newark NJ USA as a non-profit organization, providing the same services as the Lagos office but with particular attention to social and charitable services. See www.harmabitrac.org for details.
2007
Government Approval
We applied to the Federal Ministry of Education Nigeria, and after 2 years of inspecting our core requirements, we were finally approved and registered by the Federal Government of Nigeria in November 2007 as Melchisedec Graduate Bible Academy Lagos Nigeria.
2024
From College to University
Due to continued demand from both students and graduates of the institution who could not afford tuition fees for degree programs, the Lord granted our request to further upgrade the institution to a degree awarding university (Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate).
